If you are not happy with the furniture delivered, you may return it for a 100% refund, including the original cost of shipping and handling. We can offer this satisfaction guarantee because we take pride in the quality and workmanship of our work, and because we go to great lengths to insure that you are getting exactly what you want, and that there is nothing ambiguous in the design. Western Woodcraft provides 3-D drawings, and detailed CAD drawings before any work begins so that you know exactly what you are getting. We even provide sample finish boards upon request. Western Woodcraft is proud of its design and craftsmanship, and we offer this guarantee because we are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase!
Warrantee
All furniture and other products are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for at least one year from the date of delivery. Depending on the design and construction, some furniture is warranted for the lifetime of the original buyer. Materials and hardware supplied to Western Woodcraft for use in its products are warranted to the extent that the suppliers or manufacturers of those products provide a warranty. In the event that a defect is discovered in one of these products, Western Woodcraft will assist the customer in securing a replacement or repairing the products for the duration of the product manufacturer's warranty. We will perform all necessary labor to repair or replace all defective work at no cost to you, and will expeditiously act in good faith to secure replacement products or materials under warranty of products or services. You can rest assured that any products from Western Woodcraft used in the manner for which they are designed will last for many years, decades, and even centuries.
